6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, Niche Bathrooms shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our website or service delays caused by force majeure, severe weather, or supply chain disruptions beyond our reasonable control.
